No services will begin without written agreement and deposit (if applicable).



3. Project Proposals & Scope of Work

Each project is governed by a written proposal outlining:

  • Scope of services

  • Deliverables

  • Timeline

  • Revision rounds

  • Payment structure


Any work requested outside the approved scope will be treated as a change order and may incur additional fees. Changes must be approved in writing before execution.



4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required prior to project commencement.

  • Remaining balances are due according to milestone schedule or upon final delivery.

  • Late payments may incur interest or delay delivery.


The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate work for non-payment.

  • Revisions beyond the agreed amount may be billed at an hourly or project-based rate.

Timely client feedback is required to maintain project timelines.

  • The client receives rights to the final approved deliverables upon full payment.

  • Anecessarie Film retains ownership of raw footage, project files, and unused materials unless otherwise agreed.

Portfolio Use

The Company reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.



7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.

  • Supply necessary materials (logos, brand assets, access, releases, etc.).

  • Secure necessary permissions for locations, talent, music, or third-party assets unless otherwise contracted.

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.



8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a project is canceled:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.

  • Scheduled production days canceled within an agreed notice period may incur fees.

Rescheduling production may be subject to crew and equipment availability.



9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Anecessarie Film shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.



10. Website Use

All website content, including text, images, video, branding, and design, is the property of Anecessarie Film and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.



11. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any proprietary information shared during the course of a project will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

Clients agree not to share confidential production methods, pricing structures, or internal documentation.



12. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party vendors (e.g., venues, freelancers, equipment providers). The Company is not responsible for delays, damages, or performance issues caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control.



13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Labor strikes

  • Equipment failure outside reasonable maintenance
